Brita Miles ~ Music has always played a starring role in the life of Brita. Early on, she developed a love for the piano, singing, and songwriting. Brita has found much joy in teaching others music (especially children and teenagers). Her passion to bring out the best in others as they learn and perform, is one of her many unique talents. Brita has inspired countless individuals through her gift of writing music that touches people deeply. She has performed by acting, singing or playing the piano in many various settings, accompanied hundreds of people, taught piano lessons, plays the ukulele, taught music at schools as a volunteer, recorded in multiple studios, and has organized and directed many different groups to perform and sing. Her crowning musical achievement, thus far, came when she was called to be the Music Director for the Ogden Temple Cultural Celebration in 2014. She was able to utilize all of her talents as she organized and led more than 16,000 youth in singing original compositions, as well as other pieces. Her most important music, however, has been created within the walls of her own home. Brita is a stay-at-home mom of 4 wonderful children. Her husband and children are the light of her life and she enjoys watching them in all of the various things they love to do. Brita enjoys cooking, reading, playing tennis, hanging out with friends and throwing fun parties. She is thrilled to begin this new journey, and to bring her excitement, creativity and positive energy to all those involved!
